KBBF antenna dodges the bullet

La antena de KBBF se salvó por un pelo. El terrible y trágico incendio del mes pasado quemó un sitio de comunicaciones a unos 100 metros al sur de nuestra antena pero dejó el sitio de KBBF sin daño:

The KBBF antenna dodged the bullet. The savage firestorm of last month burned a communications site about 100 yards to the south of our antenna but left the KBBF site untouched:

Nuestro sitio perdió la electricidad inmediatamente pero nuestro generador de emergencia funcionaba bien hasta que PG&E restableció la luz. Nunca estábamos fuera del aire.

Our site lost electricity right away, but our emergency generator worked well until PG&E re-established power. We were never off the air.
