MaDonna Feather Cruz

MaDonna Feather Cruz is a Northern California Native community leader, speaker, and advocate dedicated to youth empowerment, cultural preservation, and community healing. Based in Sonoma County, she works extensively in Native education and suicide prevention, integrating traditional Native teachings with modern prevention and wellness strategies.

For over 3 decades, MaDonna has served Indigenous youth and families through mentorship, cultural education, and community storytelling. Her work emphasizes honoring ancestral lands, strengthening identity, and creating safe spaces for young people to grow, heal, and lead.

She is also the founder of a developing nonprofit foundation focused on uplifting Native voices and expanding culturally grounded support programs. Through public speaking, partnerships, and grassroots leadership, MaDonna continues to build bridges across communities while advocating for equity, cultural recognition, and the well-being of future generations.
